Bingo on air
Article Abstract:
It has become relatively common for airlines to offer interactive inflight-entertainment systems. Such technology requires extensive investment, but airlines believe that this will be more than balanced out by increased customer satisfaction. Singapore Airlines, for example, has been offering an audio- and video-on-demand service to first- and business-class passengers since Sep 1997. Swissair and Lauda Air are among the first airlines with services to and from Asia to offer gambling.
