The benign ghost of Lu Zoufu
Article Abstract:
Lu Zoufu founded the Minsheng steamboat firm in 1925, but lost control of the business in 1952 after the Communists seized the firm's assets. Now Lu Zoufu's son Lu Guoji has reopened the firm with the state holding a minority interest. Many children and grandchildren of the Chinese business class are also opening businesses.
