Aigis special operations vehicle on order for Jordanian surveillance troops
Article Abstract:
The Jordanian Special Operations Command has ordered from Jankel Armouring of the UK four AB2 variants of its Aigis 4 x 4 armored escort vehicle. Since two of the ordered AB2s will be used for border surveillance, they will be of a raised-roof troop-carrier type and equipped with Helio SWARM stabilized weapon and reconnaissance mounts. The other two AB2s will be configured as tactical intervention vehicles.

Jordanian upgunned M60-120 tank begins latest trials
Article Abstract:
King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau of Jordan is testing its AB9B1 M60-120 tank that has been fitted with a SW Thun's 120 CTG L50 120- mm smoothbore gun and Raytheon Technical Sevices Co's integrated fire- control system (IFCS). The SW Thun 120 CTG has already qualified to fire several types of 120-mm ammunition. The Raytheon ICFS is said to greatly enhance the AB9B1's targeting capability.
