Blair stands firm over Iraq dossier

British Prime Minister Tony Blair defended his acceptance of a dossier a Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program. Blair said that the dossier was not doctored to justify an invasion of Iraq. The prime minister said he would resign if the intelligence was manipulated.
