Bond yields plunge amid falling rates world-wide

Forecasting the world economy has been controversial with declining bond markets and optimistic central bankers over the past months. Government bond yields in the European Union, United States and Asia have sharply fallen. Richard Fisher, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas observes "The economy is strong. It's inflation that's still at risk".

Lagging economy won't deter EU from rate boost
Article Abstract:
The European Central Bank may raise interest rates to stave off inflation, the move would be considered controversial by international institutions and politicians. The central bank downgraded it's economic forecast two months ago and since then economic growth prospects have decreased in Europe.
