Bosch Diesel extends its production

Bosch Diesel (Jihlava, Czech Republic), automotive component manufacturer, has commissioned the first of the three new high-pressure assembly lines in Jihlava. The firm started operation in the Czech Republic in 1992. It has invested nearly CEK 4 bil in the purchase of land, technology and construction since. The company is a subsidiary of the concern Bosch (Germany).

Bosch Diesel (BD) (Jihlava, Czech Republic), automotive component manufacturer, will invest DEM 250 mil in the construction of its production plant in Jihlava in 2001. The majority of the investments is intended for the production of high-pressure pumps of the type CP-3. BD invested nearly CEK 4 bil in the purchase of land, construction and technology from 1992 till the end of 2000. The firm will have 3,500 employees at the end of 2001.

Bosch Diesel wants to invest CEK 8.5 bil in the Czech Republic

Bosch Diesel (BD) (Jihlava, Czech Republic), automotive component manufacturer, plans to invest CEK 8.5 bil in Jihlava from 2001. The firm will receive state investment incentives in the form of a tax reduction of CEK 1.62 bil at the most for the investments. The investments will be used for extension of BD's production of a new generation of injection systems for the fuel system of car engines.
