Article Abstract:
The use of stack bonded brickwork in building design produces a weakened lateral load, therefore it is important to ascertain its relevance to a building project before it is used. Stack bonded brickwork is basically a decorative brick effect, which has little baring on improving the actual structure or load baring ability of the building. It often takes the place of cladding.
