Article Abstract:
The Thai government has made initiatives to improve the nation's real estate market by drafting two laws that will permit foreigners to buy small portions of land in addition to 100% of units in condominium apartments. Hing Kong sets its sights on infrastructure investment
Article Abstract:
Hing Kong Holdings Ltd executive Albert Chow Nin-mow plans to introduce the company to residential construction and infrastructure projects in China and Hong Kong. This would spread the company's assets and protect it from the risky apartment buildings market in Hong Kong. The steep price of Hong Kong properties make them risky investments. Thus, Chow's move to invest in China's infrastructure projects could give the firm profit from safe sources. It is awaiting the approval of construction projects for toll roads and bridges in China.
