Cadbury speaks: corporate governance
Article Abstract:
Cadbury recommends that corporations clarify and strengthen auditing procedures and have a better balance of power by selecting non-executive directors who are approved by the entire board. Two problems with Cadbury's approach are a lack of available non-executive directors and the inability of the committee to enforce the codes.
