Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. of Hong Kong posted flat net proft for the first half, steady at 1.67 billion Hong Kong Dollars ($214.7 million) unchanged from last year. Revenues were due to high fuel costs although productivity increased and passenger traffic was strong.
