Goldman's IPO nets $3.2 billion at $53 a share

New York, NY-based Goldman, Sachs and Co. has reported it received approximately $3.2 billion through its initial public offering of shares. The nation's last large privately held Wall Street investment bank, which has been beset by a series of internal conflicts among its partners, has reported that the IPO was the second-largest in US history.

China to let Hubei issue 82 million euros in shares
Article Abstract:
Hubei Securities Co. announced that it has been given approval by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to issue 700 million yuan (82 million euros) in additional shares. The new shares will be issued to new and present company stockholders. The stock issue will increase Hubei's paid-in capital to one billion yuan. Hubei is one of the ten largest stock traders on the Chinese mainland.
