Pres Clinton was correct in retaliating against Iraq for the attempt on former Pres Bush's life, but Clinton might have handled the matter in a better way. Many people feel that the US is willing to intervene military in Iraq but unwilling to aid Muslims in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The Bosnian crisis continues while Europe and the US bicker over each other's responsibilities and how best to proceed. Pres Clinton wants congressional approval for any intervention and Europe wants the US to play a larger role than it seems willing to.
