Coffee overload is causing nutrient deficiencies
Article Abstract:
Nutrition experts are investigating about the effects of overdose of coffee and have found that an extra dosage overstimulates the nervous system and causes a rise in levels of the stress hormone cortisol. An increase in the cortisol level can deplete the body's stores of key nutrients, such as calcium and zinc and raise a person's risk of osteoporosis, arthritis and heart disease.
