Coke stalls school supply negotiations
Article Abstract:
Coca-Cola Beverages Ltd's refusal to talk with the marketing representatives hired by the Mission and Maple Ridge School Districts has ended in a stalemate. The tapping of professional marketers to represent them was driven by the desire of the school districts to offer exclusivity on a districtwide basis instead of on an individual school basis. They also feel that unifying the schools will result in a fair market value for the business.
