Article Abstract:
Communique is an advertising agency that does business based on an ideal of interconnectedness. It has five departments, namely, a core advertising agency, a meeting, incentives and communications unit, a database and direct response team, a new media division and a graphic design group, that act as an integrated part of a whole. Although all departments are experts in their field, they are encouraged to learn from each other through the Communique University where mandatory lessons are taught.

Communique gets needed cachet
Article Abstract:
Envoy Communications Group is negotiating the acquisition of UK ad agency network Leagas Delaney. Steve Miller, VP for corporate development at Envoy, says the deal would give the company international cachet, and a renowned international ad agency. Envoy plans to integrate its Communique subsidiary with Leagas Delaney, as part of a strategy to develop a fully- integrated international communications company built around brand strategy and design, technology and marketing.

Communique Group is an advertising agency based in Canada that was established in 1992. As of Dec 2000, the company employs a staff of 130, and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The agency, an affiliate of Envoy Communications Group, has eight divisions in Canada, including Communique Advertising, Communique Public relations, Communique Incentives, Promanad Communications Group, FUSIONcreative, Devlin Applied design, Hampel Stefanides and the Watt Group.
