Company cars
Article Abstract:
Almost 60% of new car dealers' business is accounted for by company cars although profit margins may be more difficult to maintain when dealing with car fleet managers rather than the general public. Certain types of car have been designated as adequate for different grades of employees. Vehicles similar to the Ford Scorpio are seen as appropriate for higher level managers whilst Ford Mondeo is the preferred choice for the ordinary worker. Car manufacturers consider these classifications before introducing new cars to help determine possible levels of sales.
