Chinese companies are reinstituting dining halls, though much more modernized than the workplace canteens of the past. White-collar workers are shifting from ordering take-out in Styrofoam boxes to eating lunches cooked in their office buildings. The dining halls are helping the environment and becoming a part of China's corporate culture.
