Corporate social responsiveness: exploring the dynamics of "bad episodes"
Article Abstract:
Strategies that a business enterprise can follow to handle situation emerging from bad episodes connected with corporate social responsibilities are examined. These strategies help in reducing adverse impact of critical episodes, like large environmental disasters, on public's opinion. The need to improve awareness in public, and install proper responsive methods is also highlighted.

Ownership and board structures in Irish plcs
Article Abstract:
Relationship between ownership and board structure in Irish plcs is presented. The percentage of share capital owned by executives is negatively related to the percentage of the board which consists of non-executive directors and likelihood of having a non-executive as director.
