Article Abstract:
Companies that want to optimize their long run spatial rent will select the most concentrated structure and partake, in order to maintain their incumbency standing, in optimum socially wasteful anticipated renewal. Moreover, it was established that the corresponding stages of over-investment and incumbency rents are distinct from the price regime.

A note on credible spatial entry deterrence
Article Abstract:
Further research into spatial entry deterrence related to a crowded differentiated market. Results indicate that crowding can be a problem if multiple entrants happen to choose the same time to enter the market.
