DENMARK: SHELL HEADQUARTERS SOLD
Article Abstract:
Shell's headquarter in Copenhagen since 66 years has been sold to the pension fund ATP (Arbejdsmarkedets Tillaegs Pensions) for DKr 180 million (US$ 21 million). ATP will rent out the 7,000 sq.m. of office space.

The property Midtermolen 1-3, Copenhagen, has been acquired by the Danish financing company Alm Brand Finans, formerly Gefion, for DKr 330mn (USD 41mn). The seller is the Swedish construction company Skanska.
