DENMARK: KEOPS BUYS TWO SWEDISH PROPERTIES

Keops, the Danish property developer, has bought two Swedish properties in Orebro and Stockholm respectively. The total purchase price is DKr79.3mn (US$9.2mn) and the properties will be leased to the Finnish DIY chain K-Rauta and will generate annual rental earnings of DKr8.1mn.

Denmark: FLS to sell building site in Valby
Article Abstract:
The FLS group has sold a 108,000-sq m building site to De Forenede Ejendomsselskaber. The sales price has not been disclosed. The sale generates a capital gain of DKr90mn. De Forenede Ejendomsselskaber aims to use the site for both residential and commercial building projects.
