Row over Latin consumer poll
Article Abstract:
The reliability of the consumer survey conducted by the Los Medios y Mercados (LMML) has been challenged by a senior official of advertising agency McCann Erickson. McCann Media Director for Latin America and the Carribbean Oswald Mendez believed that the survey has been conducted by too many people. The survey, which was supported by several broadcasters including CBS, Tele Noticias, ESPN International and MTV Latin America, was based on the responses of almost 6,600 interviews in 18 countries.
