Death of a cheese
Article Abstract:
Dairy Crest Ltd developed Lymeswold cheese in 1982 and received a very positive response in Britain, leading some in the industry to believe it was the next big cheese. A series of marketing and production mistakes followed though, and it eventually was removed from the market.
