DENMARK: FIDELITY TO REVIEW DANISH PENSIONS MARKET
Article Abstract:
US Fidelity, the biggest fund manager in the world, is interested in the Danish pensions market. Fidelity is currently represented in Denmark in unit link products in Danica's and SkandiaLink. Fidelity aims to focus on the Nordic region partly because Skandia of Sweden is Fidelity's biggest co-operation partner outside the US. According to Mike Nikou, who is the executive responsible for Fidelity's sales operations in the Nordic region, the Danish pensions market is moving away from bonds towards shares and Fidelity aims to become part of this trend.
