Denmark: Improved productivity in the building sector
Article Abstract:
The Danish Trade Union Confederation forecasts improved productivity in the Danish construction sector. The average man production growth is estimated at 2% a year and time productivity is also forecast to grow by some 2% a year. Competition by Swedish companies operating in Denmark has got things moving in the Danish building sector that has been criticised for not being effective enough.

Denmark: Good results for KPC
Article Abstract:
KPC, Danish construction company, shows good results according to not yet official figures in Borsen newspaper. Profit before tax has increased by 55% and net profit by 500%. The company is expecting a turnover of DKr2bn(US$0.25bn) for 2001/02.
