A retrial for breaching financial duty and approving 57 million Euros ($68 million) in executive compensation has been ordered for Chief Executive Officer Josef Ackermann, Deutsche Bank AG of Germany. The criminal charges stemmed from Mr. Ackermann's duty on the Supervisory Board of Mannesmann AG.
