Citigate has handled over 130 privatization marketing campaigns in approximately 40 countries. There are many challenges present in these numerous transactions.

Trends in Asian privatisation
Article Abstract:
The reason several organizations in Asia went private between 1988 and 1998 was because of the amount of money that could be raised through this action. Privatization did not appeal to Asian governments but they did wish to be part of an international economic trend. More privatization could take place in 1999.
