Diesel - electric hybrid for purser - trawler

The new diesel - electric hybrid engine developed by Rolls - Royce of Norway delivers maximum efficiency. The fishing vessels need 5000 kilo watt for propulsion but in transit the power requirement drops to 1500 kilo watt and the engine with an electrical system feeds required power to the propeller.
