Prima ballerina Karen Kain was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and began training at the National Ballet School in Toronto at the age of 10. She was a resident performer of the National Ballet of Canada and had numerous performing stints abroad. She will be retiring from ballet in 1997.

Several diet pills that have a wide array of side effects are increasingly being prescribed to individuals who happen to be slightly heavy but not obese. Insomnia, nervousness, anxiety and depression are some of the conditions that may result from using diet pills.
