Article Abstract:
Microsoft Corp. has been fined $1.35 bil by the European Union for noncompliance with an antitrust order from 2004. Two other investigations are pending, which focus on whether Microsoft's browser is bundled illegally, and whether other programs work adequately well with those of competitors.
