EU grants loan to Ukraine to help finish nuclear plants

The European Union has granted to the Ukraine a loan of $585 million (Euro664.5 million) to help fund the completion of two nuclear power plants. Framatome Corp. will benefit because the project will help it maintain its nuclear expertise.
