EU investigates Coke on antitrust suspicion
Article Abstract:
Coca-Cola Co.'s offices and bottling facilities in four European nations were raided by European Union (EU) officials. The company is suspected of using its dominant market presence to keep rivals out of its markets. The European Commission held raids in order to study company documentation in Coca-Cola's offices in Germany, Austria, Denmark, and Great Britain. The raids could lead to a major antitrust case against the company.
