The various guidelines for buying software and hardware for computers are presented. Building one's own PC is as easy building with Lego, however, one needs to seek advice or get the local computer shop to assemble and test it while magazines such as Personal Computer World and PC Plus run pages of advertisements from national suppliers which can help buy the right PC.
