Architectural practice, Elsworth Sykes, is developing links with practices in other parts of Britain. Elsworth Sykes is based in London and wanted to extend its work outside the south east of England and to broaden its client base beyond office and retail. It now has links with nine practices in other areas. There is no financial link between them but the partnership offers marketing opportunites, shared work-loads and joint ventures. A further benefit comes from sharing problems.
