Endesa's profit increases by 25% on higher prices
Article Abstract:
Spanish energy company Endesa S.A.'s third-quarter profits increased by 25%, to $944.7 million. This increase supports the idea, for some, that Endesa, which is the object of a takeover battle by E.ON AG and Gas Natural SDG S.A., would be best left as an independent company.
