The rationale and content of Organizational Architecture capability to manage the problems the companies experience is developed. The framework helps to formulate an approach for managing an organization's level of technology preparedness and to draw out the important lessons from two case studies of companies that have been usually far-sighted in their approach to technology preparedness.
