Ethnic Groups and the British travel industry: Servicing a minority?
Article Abstract:
The attitude of the British travel industry towards non-white ethnic customers is discussed. The travel companies revealed a lack of understanding of consumers from non-white ethnic groups. It is concluded that the British travel industry needs to integrate to attain a multicultural society.
