Various factors like increase in inter-organizational projects, technologies, managing more than one supply chain and others have created problems for supply chain managers as regard the selection of the best electronic commerce technology that suits them. The study provides various options to the supply chain managers that help them to select the best electronic commerce technology that suits them.

A methodology for strategic sourcing
Article Abstract:
An objective framework for effective supplier sourcing which considers multiple strategic and operational factors in the evaluation process is proposed. It investigates the differences in the supplier groups in proposing possible improvement strategies for ineffectively performing suppliers.
