Sir Terry Farrell starts the architectural redistribution of England from the top with a proposal to open the Buckingham Palace to the public and return their walled gardens to the Royal Parks. In May 2001, Farrell had proposed tearing down the garden walls to demonstrate that the 40 acres of the palace gardens belonged to the Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, however, public response to the idea was mixed at that time.
