Fight terrorism - but carefully

Article Abstract:

According to the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research in Singapore, the total number of terrorism incidents in the Asia-Pacific region was over 400 in the year 2003. The effects of the fight against terrorism in Asia are discussed. It is concluded that it is necessary to fight terrorism to maintain security but that Asia must be careful that while doing so it doesn't add to regional instability and discord.
