Rodamco is set to announce restructuring

Rodamco NV is expected to announce a long-awaited restructuring. The company, the largest property fund in Europe, posted a 7.5% rise in net profits for the fiscal 1998 year. The restructuring is expected to entail the dividing up of the 5.5 billion euro ($5.99 billion) global property fund into individually traded regional funds. Rodamco posted a rise in net profits to 288 million euros for the year ending February 1999.
