Focus of property firms in China bears watching
Article Abstract:
Analysts believe that investors should avoid Chinese real property firms as the country's real estate market is currently experiencing a downturn. For investors who still intend to buy Chinese real estate company shares, they advise them to choose those who are focusing their efforts on the core business. Real estate firms diversifying their operations are a risky option as there is no telling if they will be able to succeed in these new ventures.

Disintegrating values are byproduct of China's boom
Article Abstract:
Economic development has brought sweeping changes to the value system in Chinese society. More and more Chinese are abandoning socialist principles and are becoming too fixated on money, which have caused families to break apart as well as pushed crime and corruption to record highs. The continued erosion of Chinese values, however, may be arrested by the advent of a new conservatism, which is now apparent in recent government moves.

Value of property resurfaces in Japan
