Granville attracts media attention

UK banking firm Granville & Co. was involved with two major takeovers which the UK media has given wide coverage to in 1998. Granville advised Getty Communications in its bid to purchased Allsports for 30 million pounds sterling. Granville & Co. director Richard Donner says the firm has been focusing on staffing and IT sectors in 1997, which has paid off with several high profile deals being signed. Granville's largest commission in 1997 was advising in Sketchley's 37 million pounds sterling bid for ARM Group.
