Many British intellectuals have speculated about the reasons behind soccer star Paul Gascoigne's erratic off-field conduct. Some believe Gascoigne, nicknamed 'Gazza,' is afflicted with Tourette's Syndrome. If Gascoigne is certified as fit, he will be traded from Tottenham Hotspur to Rome's Lazio.
