Bottled water from an aquifer in Fiji, is benefiting from an effective branding strategy that includes product placement in movies and endorsements from such celebrities as cycling great Lance Armstrong. The company's founder, Canadian financier David Gilmour, formed Fiji Water LLC in the early 1990s, after signing a 99-year lease with the Fiji government to gain rights to a recently discovered natural water source.

CCE is set to buy Herb Coca-Cola for $1.07 billion
