How to blow torch a goat
Article Abstract:
Truly Mongolian methods of barbecuing a goat, called boodog, are far different from those popularized in Chinese and Western cooking, and tourists can experience these differences first hand. Traditional methods of killing and skinning the goat as well as sewing the meat and hot rocks up in the goat's own skin are paired with the more modern technique of using a blow torch to roast the animal. Diners drink the broth and are encouraged to break the cooked bones and eat the marrow inside. Details are provided for travelers wishing to experience boodog.

Article Abstract:

The next stage of development calls for top mgmt, skilled workers, and sophisticated infrastructure. Replicating past successes in new countries lower down the development ladder cannot continue for more than five more years.
