Seven experts from the simulation industry describe the contribution which screens and projection make to the simulation experience, and outline possible future developments. Jon Page of Thomson Entertainment describes how technical developments in projection have permitted the the use of much bigger images on the screen whilst retaining picture quality. Gerald Nash of Sigma Design Group describes the benefits of high gain curved screens which reflect light efficiently from the projector to the audience heightening the reality of the image.
