INDIA TAKES UP ANTI-DUMPING ISSUE WITH EU
Article Abstract:

The government intends to fight these cases legally than filing complaint with the World Trade Organisation. The anti dumping subsidy duty imposed on stainless steel bars is in the range of 14 to 85 percent on different firms. The steel firms those are affected by this duty are Mukand Steel and Isibars Steel. The total duties to be imposed on antibiotics ranges between 12 to 14 percent affecting firms, like Ranbaxy, Torrent Pharmaceuticals and Kopran. (gs)
