Article Abstract:
Wellcome Trust has raised more than 2 billion pounds from its sale of over 30% of its shares in Wellcome PLC. Roger Gibbs of the trust intends to use a large part of the proceeds to finance bond purchases. Gibbs is aiming for a 30% asset allocation percentage in cash and bonds.
