Eye of the storm: as the Chinese Government calls for his arrest, the exiled leader of the massive Falun Gong movement talks about living in New York and watching politics and belief collide back home
Article Abstract:
Li Hongzhi does not seek the international fame he has from his efforts to change Chinese government policies towards Buddhists. The suppression of Falun Gong members is one of his major concerns, but he realizes that he can live anywhere and observe Falun practices because they are a way of life, inclusive of their principles of truthfulness, compassion and forbearance. Now he lives with his wife in New York and they are establishing a company to publish his books.
